- Can I choose my suite mate? Yes. Suites accommodate up to 4 students.
- Do I have my own individual lease? Yes. Each tenant under this lease is individually liable.
- What is included in my rent? High speed internet, Cable TV.
- Am I responsible for my suite mates rent? No.
- Is parking included? Lease will include one parking space per student.
